Welcome to The Hill House. We aim to provide a peaceful and comfortable stay for all our guests. Kindly read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your booking and stay with us. By confirming a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
Advance payment is required for all confirmed bookings. Reservations without prior payment may be subject to cancellation.
2. Booking Disruption
In the unlikely event that The Hill House is unable to honor a confirmed booking due to unavoidable circumstances, guests will be eligible for a 100% refund or credit for the amount paid, in accordance with the refund policy in effect.
3. Discount
Any applicable discounts will be adjusted against the balance amount payable at check-in.
4. No Show Policy
In the event of a ‘no show’, the advance payment will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
5. Guest Identification
A valid government-issued ID card is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
6. Minimum Stay
The minimum stay requirement is one night.
7. Taxes
Government taxes are applicable as per the prevailing rates on the date of check-in. Any revision or implementation of new taxes will be charged additionally.
8. Room Allocation
While the hot8rives to accommodate special requests, specific room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
9. Behaviour & Security
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour at all times. The Hill House reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who engage in disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct.
10. Pets & Smoking
Pets are not allowed on the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
11. Damage & Losses
Guests are required to inspect the property and report any damage within 30 minutes of check-in. Any unreported damage will be deemed to have occurred during the guest’s stay, and guests will be held liable.
Guests must use the property and its contents—including equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishings, and fixtures—with utmost care. Any damage, whether intentional, unintentional, or accidental, must be reimbursed by the guest.
In the case of damage to a single item from a matching set (e.g., one glass from a set of six), the guest may be liable to replace the entire set, unless an identical replacement is available. Similarly, damage to upholstery or furnishings may require full replacement, and associated costs will be borne by the guest.
The Hill House reserves the right to carry out any necessary repairs or replacements and to recover the full cost from the guest without demur.
12. Valuables and Security
Guests are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The Hill House shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables. Guests must ensure all windows and doors are securely locked when not on the premises.
Any negligence or omission by the guest or their visitors that compromises the property’s safety or insurance coverage will be the guest’s full responsibility.
13. Force Majeure
The Hill House shall not be held liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect your stay.
14. Changes to Terms
The Hill House reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the official website. Guests are encouraged to review the terms before making a reservation.

We recognize that Terms and Conditions are important to our guests, and hence Hotel The Hill House  Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding personal information we collect when you visit our hotel.

1. For confirmed booking advance payment should have been deposited.
2. Discount, if any, shall be adjusted from the balance amount.
3. We accept all major cards.
4. In case of ‘no show’ advance amount will not be refunded.
5. Govt. taxes if revised or newly implemented will be charged extra as on check in date.
6. ID card is mandatory upon check in.
7. Minimum stay can be 1 night.
