Cancellation & Refund policy

Pets Policy : Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy : Cancellation before 30 days of booking date will incur no charges and we shall refund the entire amount to you. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking will be subject to 50% refund of total amount. Cancellations / no show within 48 hours of the booking will be subject to 100% cancellation charge of total amount.
Reservation cancelled within 24 hrs of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to accommodation charges for the entire length of stay originally booked.
There will be no refund whatsoever for cancellations made in Black-out period (peak season) between October to February every year.

Identity Record : It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport and VISA. Without valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check in. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contained or resulted from a mistake or error
